Impact of diet supplemented with microencapsulated condensed tannins on cow milk nutritional profile

Feed production systems should consider more sustainable solutions to reduce the pressure on earth's finite resources. In this work, we investigated effect of microencapsulated condensed tannins (MCTs)-enhanced diet cow milk characteristics. The reduced urea content, while preserved and n-3 n-6 portion fatty acids. Aside from rising vitamin C level, MCTs had a negative amount B group vitamins. may be considered promising feed supplement that offers good trade-off in terms chemical quality increasing environmental sustainability cattle livestock.
